Cashless Insurance Guidelines:

1. Insurance Tie-ups – We have partnerships with major insurance providers and TPAs. Check the insurance section on our homepage to confirm your coverage.

2. Billing Process – Cashless claims apply only from the date of admission. OP bills and pre-admission test bills cannot be included.

3. Exclusions – Treatments like cosmetic surgery, addiction-related health issues, infertility treatments, Dilation and Curettage (D&C), pre-existing illnesses, and self-inflicted injuries are generally not covered. Check with your insurance agent for specific coverage.

4. Approval Process – Cashless requests are approved or denied by your insurance provider / TPA based on medical history, policy type, premium payments, and eligibility. We can not influence their decisions.

5. Non-claimable Expenses – Non-claimable items are usually not covered and must be paid separately.

6. Insurance Desk Assistance – Our experienced and helpful insurance desk staff are available to clarify any doubts before admission.
